Formerly a partner with one of
Chicago’s largest law firms, John Hundley
returned to the region of his youth in 2004 and
is now a partner with The Sharp Law Firm, P.C.
Hundley received his B.S. with honors from the
University of Illinois in 1970 and his J.D. with
honors from the DePaul University College of Law
in 1979.
Rated AV – the highest ratings – by the
Martindale-Hubbell organization, Hundley is
a frequent writer and lecturer on legal topics,
with his frequently-cited articles appearing in
AMERICAN LAW REPORTS, the SOUTHERN ILLINOIS
UNIVERSITY LAW JOURNAL, the DEPAUL BUSINESS LAW
JOURNAL, the CHICAGO BAR ASSOCIATION RECORD and
the ILLINOIS BAR JOURNAL.
His areas of practice include business
litigation, creditors’ rights, alternative
dispute resolution, transactional matters,
administrative proceedings, equitable remedies,
and enforcement of judgments.
